On Traction & Engagement

Lord, it is very interesting to think about our church in terms of traction / engagement – where do we see the most active fermentation (vs. the people in who we see the least amount of resonance / movement)?

It seems curious that for us, in the last year and a half, where we are really seeing the most traction / engagement (movement!) is with the folks who are new, young, and hungry...

So how do we find more people like this? (Rather than worry about the folks who don't seem to be exhibiting much resonance / movement)
