Ransom for Many (Mk 10:45)

Really interesting to read this passage (Jesus & the Rich Young Ruler, Mark 10:17-31) against Mark 10:45 - "For the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."

How do we start doing the same thing – spending what we've been given (spending ourselves!) for the sake of Jesus, for the sake of others?
